Operation143 Received a $15,000 Grant from The Foxwynd Foundation to Strengthen
Technology and Data Infrastructure

Pottstown, Pennsylvania: Operation143 is pleased to announce the receipt of a $15,000 grant from the Foxwynd Foundation in support of its Technology and Data Infrastructure Enhancement Project. This grant was funded through the Foxwynd Foundation Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) to support this important improvement. This strategic investment will enable the organization to modernize internal systems, strengthen operational efficiency, and expand its capacity to serve students throughout Montgomery, Chester, and Berks Counties.
The grant will support critical upgrades to technology and data systems, allowing Operation143 to improve data accuracy, streamline workflows, and enhance communication across programs. These improvements will ensure that staff can respond more effectively to community needs while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
“Support from the Foxwynd Foundation allows us to invest in the infrastructure that serves as the basis for everything we do,” said Lisa Heverly, Founder and Executive Director. “By strengthening our technology and data capabilities, we are better positioned to serve the students, make informed decisions, and sustain our impact across the region.”
“Operation143 is doing essential work to ensure that vulnerable students have the support they
need to succeed,” said Pamela Villagra, Executive Director of the Foxwynd Foundation. “We are
proud to support this organization’s commitment to innovation and accountability, which
strengthens their ability to serve the community with dignity and long-term impact.”
The Technology and Data Infrastructure Enhancement Project reflects Operation143’s
ongoing commitment to innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. By
modernizing systems now, the organization is building a stronger foundation to support
current programs and future growth.
Our mission is to help homeless and food-insecure students succeed by confronting
childhood hunger with compassion, dignity, and support.
